In 2020, the National Pension Commission (Pencom) launched Retirement Savings Account (RSA) Transfer Window, under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS). The RSA transfer will allow RSA holders to transfer their accounts from one Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) to another once a year.

Medios Africa executed a public relations campaign aimed at projecting the uniqueness of Leadway Pensure over other PFAs.
